Nature lovers and sound enthusiasts are in for a rare treat this November, as renowned wildlife sound recordist, Sean Ronayne, brings his unique and captivating audio experience to the TF Royal Theatre, Castlebar, on Friday, the 28th of November 2025 at 7 PM. With a growing national following, Sean Ronayne has travelled across Ireland capturing the voices of its rich and diverse birdlife. His mission – to record the sounds of every bird species in Ireland – has brought him from remote woodlands to coastal cliffs, and now to the stage, where he shares not just recordings, but the stories behind them. Through immersive soundscapes, engaging storytelling, and stunning visuals, Sean offers audiences a powerful insight into Ireland’s natural world. His performances have been described as “meditative, eye-opening and unforgettable.”
