The Queen of Limerick: A Powerful Rock & Irish Dance Musical Tribute to The Cranberries
Welcome to Ireland. The story you are about to hear is a uniquely Irish one — a story of great joy and serenity, marked by years of fragility, suffering, and a bittersweet, painful ending.
The Queen of Limerick is a powerful and original theatrical musical that, for the first time, fuses traditional Irish dance with the raw energy of rock music. It tells the extraordinary modern story of The Cranberries and their iconic lead singer Dolores O’Riordan through live music, evocative storytelling, and spectacular choreography.
Divided into two emotional acts, the show journeys through the band’s most beloved songs, reimagined and performed live by international tribute act The Lizberries, accompanied by the breathtaking dancers of the Gens d’Ys company. The narrative is guided by the voice of Andrea Rock (Andrea Toselli), with choreography by Deborah Pini, culminating in a deeply moving tribute to Dolores O’Riordan.
More than a musical, The Queen of Limerick is an immersive celebration of Irish culture and soul — a fusion of sound, story, and movement that resonates long after the final note. An unmissable event for lovers of music, Ireland, and powerful storytelling.
