Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to Nibiru Leisure Limited T/A The TF Royal Hotel & Theatre.

Overview
  • Tickets can only be refunded in the event that the performance is cancelled, abandoned or rescheduled. Tickets will be refunded at face value, excluding fees and postage.
  • In the event of a cancelled performance, we will not be liable for additional travel or accommodation expenses.
  • Reselling this ticket for profit or commercial gain makes it void.
  • Please check carefully the theatre, date and time printed on your ticket as mistakes cannot always be rectified after the booking has been confirmed.
  • The management reserves the right to amend the programme or artists without notice. In these instances we are not obliged to refund the ticket or exchange for another performance.
  • If you arrive later than the advertised start time then you may be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before you can take your seat. This may be the interval.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse the ticket holder permission to the premises.
  • On rare occasions the performance or public areas may be filmed, sound recorded or photographed. Buying a ticket affirms your consent to the filming, sound recording and/or photography of yourself as a member of the audience and possible subsequent broadcasts/publication.
  • Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be switched off in the auditorium.
  • Please be aware that for your own safety, and the enjoyment of all of our patrons we may perform bag searches in operation at some of our shows. Any alcohol or food items not purchased on the premises will be confiscated.
  • Strobe lighting, smoke effects, loud bangs and gunshots are sometimes used in productions. Please contact the Box Office for further details on 094 90 23111.

No refunds will be issued for refused/ejected Customers.
1. Tickets & Admittance

A valid Ticket is required for entrance to an Event. Customers must retain the Ticket during the Venue visit and produce it upon staff request. Failure to do so may lead to removal.

Customers must contact the Venue for lost, stolen, or damaged Tickets. Duplicate Tickets may be issued at the Venue’s or ticket providers discretion, but not guaranteed for all events. Enhanced security measures may be necessary for duplicates.

Customers are responsible for checking their Tickets. The Venue will try to rectify mistakes brought to their attention before the valid event, but corrections may not always be possible.

Customers must check for event cancellations or rescheduling. The Venue will make reasonable efforts to inform customers, but cannot guarantee notification before the Event date.

Customers must assess an event’s suitability for children without an official age restriction.

2. Conditions of Admission

The Venue may refuse admission or eject a Customer if, in its reasonable opinion, the Customer: acts aggressively; uses threatening language; is under the influence of alcohol or drugs; poses a safety risk; disrupts others’ enjoyment; fails to provide required identification; disobeys staff instructions; or breaches terms or laws. No refunds will be issued for refused/ejected Customers.

The Venue aims to admit latecomers at the earliest opportunity, potentially during intervals. Late admission isn’t guaranteed for some Events. Re-admission may be denied. Customers must check with Venue staff before exiting for re-entry.

The Venue can conduct security searches and confiscate items posing danger or disruption, as determined by staff or performers’ requests.

The Event may include stroboscopic lighting. Customers with medical concerns should seek advice.

3. Refund and Exchange Policy

Tickets are non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled, abandoned or rescheduled.

Refunds go to the original purchaser, preferably via the initial payment method. If not possible, additional identification may be required.

For cancelled Events, Customer’s Tickets will be refunded at face value, excluding fees and postage.

Postponed/rescheduled Events offer alternative Tickets of the same value, subject to availability. If unacceptable, a refund (face value excl. fees) is possible by returning Tickets before the rescheduled date.

If an Event is abandoned, Customers receive equivalent value Tickets for another performance or a refund for face value – excluding fees.

The Venue can cancel Tickets suspected of fraud, exceeding purchase limits, or being resold for financial gain.

Once purchased, Tickets may be exchanged for the same-priced tickets within the same production, subject to availability, if returned to the Box Office at least 48 hours before the performance. An administration exchange charge may apply.

4. Ticket Prices

Prices may change, and the Venue can alter Ticket prices or introduce discounts/offers not applicable retrospectively.

Discounts/offers depend on availability; Tickets may not be available at all advertised prices at all times.

Concession/discounted prices must be applied at purchase, not retroactively. Proof of entitlement may be requested, and failure to provide may invalidate the Ticket, leading to refusal or ejection.

Concessions/discounts are individual and cannot be combined. Customers receive the cheapest singularly discounted rate if eligible for multiple discounts, not a cumulative reduction.

5. Ticket Delivery and Collection

Tickets purchased via Ticketmaster, Ticketsolve or other ticketing platforms are handled via that platform.

Printed Tickets may be collected at the Box Office.

When collecting, presenting the purchasing card may be required for identification. If not possible, contact the box office before the Event.
