A Menu Made to Tempt

Our chefs have taken your favourite brunch dishes and added a fresh, local twist. Everything is cooked fresh, using seasonal ingredients from Mayo and beyond. Below are some of the crowd favourites…

Full Irish – 2 Andarl farm bacon, 2 Irish pork sausages, Kellys puddings, egg, beans, flat mushroom, confit cherry tomatoes and roasted new potatoes
Crushed Avocado & Feta – with poached eggs & pickled chillies on toasted sourdough
Fluffy Pancakes – add maple syrup/ bacon/ chocolate/ strawberries, etc.
Wide selection of ciabatta’s & sandwiches
Vegan Brunch Bowl – grains, roasted veg, hummus & toasted seeds
Eggs Your Way – toasted bagel with a choice of scrambled egg, poached, fried and topped with smoked salmon or crispy bacon
