He has since established himself as one of Ireland’s most compelling voices, blending the soul of traditional Irish ballads with contemporary folk.
Today, McCabe is riding the momentum of his chart-topping releases and high-profile performances. His debut self-penned single, Heaven’s Only a Touch Away, shot to #1 in early 2023, and his first studio album, Back to Life (October 2024), also vaulted to #1 on the iTunes charts. Fresh off those successes McCabe is in the studio crafting new material and collaborating with songwriters across Europe and North America. With a devoted home following and an ever-expanding international audience, Dan McCabe continues to redefine modern folk music.
