Get ready, Castlebar! The TF Royal Theatre, Friday January 23rd, will play host to a spectacular night celebrating the timeless music of The Drifters and Soul & Motown greats.
With powerful vocals, rich harmonies, and high-stepping dance routines, you’ll be taken on a journey through the big anthem hits from legends like The Drifters, The Stylistics, The Temptations, The O’Jays, Tavares, Barry White, The Jacksons, The Four Tops, Earth, Wind & Fire, and many more.
Expect classics like My Girl, Under the Boardwalk, There Goes My First Love, Come Over to My Place, Stand By Me, Little Red Book, Hello Happiness, Saturday Nite at the Movies, and Get Ready!
The show stars Dino, Gillie, and John Cheatdom – three singers who, over the last 40 years, have each shared the stage with members of the original Drifters, making this as close as it gets to the real deal. They’re joined by Britain’s Got Talent Golden Buzzer star Gamal John, backed by a live band with full lighting and sound production to create an unforgettable party atmosphere.
Special guest Desi Egan, international Irish artist, will open the night with classic singalong hits and some of his own chart-topping releases – the perfect warm-up for an evening of nonstop entertainment.
